one of my chickens is behaving somewhat depressed and her poop is very small in volume, greenish, with yellowish urates. i fed her a full dinner of scrambled eggs though the volume of poop remained small - not like their usual droppings. thoughts?

HELP! We are treating her for roundworms due to another chicken pooping out roundworms. Day two and she’s doing this. Is this gapeworm or she’s just panting? We have her in the ac?? Been giving 1ml goat dewormer a day for two days out of five.
