Does anyone know what I have here?

Not sure if this is the right place, but hopefully someone can help. I found some old cards and came across these. I can’t seem to find this exact card anywhere online. Google search yields tons that look similar (forbidden one) but I can see they different writing on them (I believe Japanese)

Is this card in a different language? I have the full set with the arms and legs. Thank you in advance!
