Retake Biochem

I'm a senior in pre-health and I got a B- in biochem. I got a B- and B in orgo 1&2 and feel like a failure but also that I just won't get into grad school. I am so stressed about this. Is it possible and worth it to petition to retake biochem and try to get an A the second time around?
