Scammed

I picked up a pax on a $25 40 minute multi-stop run. Everything went well until I pulled into the parking lot to drop her off back at her building. The pax said "You can let me out right here." As soon as she got out, she cancels the ride.

I reached out to Uber to get this issue addressed- initially my earnings were reduced by $25 because of the cancelation, but Uber corrected this. Additionally, they blocked the pax from connecting with my service ever again. My issue is that they did nothing to remove this pax from the platform.
