Low rating for unknown reasons

It has been cold, so I have been ubering to work every morning. I noticed my rating drastically dropped from over 4.9 to now 4.55. I am polite, clean, quiet, but my rating just keeps reducing. my uber rides are usually 10 mins, my destination is in a warehouse area with lots of big trucks, but just two blocks north of my destination is a popular neighborhood, so it shouldn’t be because the destination is desolate. Please help.
