Troubleshooting with the Windows Sysinternals Tools; useful for a beginner?

Hey team!

Budding sysadmin in the making here; on help desk last 8 months and have a programming diploma. Just wondering if this book would be recommended/suitable given my experience level? Asked a similar question regarding Windows Internals but it seems one may need more C knowledge to parse those books. Thinking maybe if I start here then move on to those it may be a way to go….thanks in advance for your input!
