Unable to switch between third and first person

I’m playing on SE and just started a new save after not playing for over a year. The F key is not responsive and will not allow me to change perspective and has been this way since I started at Helgen. I have no mods installed apart from the PRT ENB, is there by any chance a command to switch between first and third person perspective?

Edit: I went on another character and the perspective key worked fine, so the problem is exclusive to this save
