Beginner friendly & social fitness classes? Preferably with more women?

Hi, I moved here about 6 months ago and just discovered that the boyfriend I moved here with has been cheating on me. I know absolutely nobody here and really need to build a good support network, and thought a regular fitness class would be a good low-pressure way to socialize and rebuild confidence. I'm pretty out of shape now but have done pilates, lyra, & pole in the past. The more affordable the better!

I was looking at Butter & Filth to do pole classes and would love to hear people's experiences with them, too
