Tea

I am new to RA life (symptoms for 5 months, diagnosed for 3 months, on Plaquenil for 2 weeks) so I'm still learning about RA and how to best manage my symptoms until the medicine really kicks in. I've always been a big tea drinker and I love finding new loose leaf teas to try. I recently heard that people with auto immune issues should stay away from ingredients such as echinacea. Is there truth to this and if so, are there other types of tea or ingredients I should be staying away from? Or on the other end, has anyone found any teas that have eased their pain? Just curious! Thanks!
