Rift UK order not processing
Hi all.
Having some issues with Oculus, just wondering if anyone on here has had a similar issue. Basically I pre ordered within 5 minutes. Got a 25 order number. All looking peachy. Alas the last 2 mornings I have woken up to an email saying they cannot process my order. Thinking it was an issue with my credit card I switched to PayPal after the first email. Then this morning I get the very same email. My address is correct except the state/province field is blank. Pretty sure that is not the issue. Problem now is I cannot update my details. When i click save nothing changes. Same with payment method though that did work yesterday. I just wish Oculus would let me know specifically what the issue is so I can correct it though I think the problem is actually at their end!
Lord knows whats going on. I have submitted a ticket to Oculus but not surprisingly have heard nothing. It is enormously frustrating as I cannot just phone someone. You have to go through the ticket process.
So just wondering if anyone has had similar issues with Oculus. Cheers.
