How do you survive dinner?
I have been trying to loose weight since 2 years. After a deep depression period (with medication and all) I'm trying to get in track again. The most difficult part for me is eating healthy, at dinner time most of the time. At night I'm absolutely hungry and eat whatever I can find, later I regret everything and get sad about all the lost efforts. I don't know how to stop sabotaging myself. How do you survive dinner time? It's difficult for you too? What do you prepare at time to feel full? Or what you do to stop eating like crazy before bedtime?
