Hit me with your best Gnocchi recipe

I don't think I've ever had gnocchi before, but I bought a package of GF gnocchi from costco and it's chilling in my freezer. We watch calories around here so hopefully something that isn't too cream or cheesy based. A bit for flavor is great, just hopefully nothing too loaded with calories.
