Civ 6: What didn't you do?

I have been thinking about this recently with civ 7 nearing. I'm about 1500 hours in, and been playing since release. There's a bunch of stuff I never actually got around to doing, like

• Played deity
• Won domination or religious - I'd typically just get bored part way through
• Scenarios

It's like the stealth archer in Skyrim, I'd start off with good intentions then oh no another cultural victory while being fabulously wealthy and loved by all.

Anything you guys never accomplished in the time the game has been out?
