HELP ME FIND THIS ANIME

I can't remember the name but the main character is a female, long-haired, hair color is pink if I remember correctly. She's a sociopath. She takes in a child and starts to take care of the child. She has some kind of a room in her house that she keeps locked because that's where she keeps the bodies of her victims.
