TRT versus GLP-1 therapy

I’m (36, m, 210 pounds, 5’8, 30% body fat) debating between starting TRT or GLP-1. Ideally, I’d like to lose some weight and gain muscle to feel better. Right now, I’m lacking energy and confidence and all the things with being low in testosterone. I went to my doctor and tested my testosterone and TSH levels in early January. Testosterone was 310 and TSH was 2.71. Since I was “normal” my doctor did not prescribe testosterone. I have started taking supplements but have not noticed a huge change. I’m looking for opinions/thoughts on TRT versus GLP-1. Is there a resource you recommend for either?

Edit to add height and body fat. My diet is not bad. I do eat sugary foods once or twice a week. I stay fairly active. I always get at least 10,000 steps a day.
