Paid tickets aren't sending codes
so I just tried to check my email for my codes for my uni in my email and I've found a bunch of really weird things.
- the email for my original 2 tickets? gone. the Venmo receipt email is there, but the one from Xsolla is *gone*. could not explain why.
I went to purchase another one again to maybe see if I wasn't looking hard enough, and so I ordered the Fairy Tale one. I checked my email and there's... no code. The email from Xsolla is there! just no code where it should be. so..
I decided I'd give repurchasing Very Berry a shot. it comes through just fine. JUST FINE. so the content I don't have to pay for works, but the stuff I have to pay for doesn't?
not to mention the two freakin emails containing other codes I purchased are just...gone? just somehow missing from space and time? bc why would I delete those? I didn't. I'm not trying to sound paranoid or anything but what is HAPPENING. so I'm wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I'm kind of getting annoyed with the Uni tbh. why would I spend more money if I don't know if it will work?
