Jaws of Retribution?

Was this time limited? I got confused when it came out and kept thinking I had to do the From the Deep one to get the outfit, and by the time I figured out It wasn't the right quest, I can't find it on the bounty board now. If I missed it then will we get a future chance to score that awesome outfit again? Am I even looking in the right spot now? It was a bounty right?
