I would like to see “card concepts” moved to their own subreddit.

Because they are increasingly posted here and they have nothing to do with the game. Clearly a lot of people feel creative and make fake Pokémon card concepts, but I don’t think it makes sense to do here.

This is a popular sub for a popular game and it’s very difficult to use. If it’s going to improve there needs to be more effort put into defining what its purpose is. I don’t think making and posting fake cards should be the purpose of this subreddit.
