[request] Historical documentaries?

For years I’ve been looking for documentaries (for lack of a better word) on Netflix about what life was like during different parts of history. The Great Depression, Industrial Revolution, ancient civilizations, global pandemics, even just random slices of life in seemingly unimportant time periods. A story about a random family living in a random place hundreds of years ago. Idk, whatever.

What I’ve found mostly are shows about the standard ancient civilizations like Egypt and the Mayan empire, etc and I’ve watched all of those and enjoyed them. Or shows about wars, but mostly from a military or government perspective— I want something about regular people.

Does anyone have ideas???

Some suggestions I’ve probably seen but can’t think of right now to reference. But I feel like a dinosaur because I find it hard to search for specific topics on Netflix.
