Which hero’s can I swallow (pause), while they’re ulting?

The obvious immune one is Luna, but I’m pretty sure there are others. I’m pretty sure punisher and storm are immune as well.

Do I have to wait for cloak to finish her ult or can I theoretically grab her immediately if I time it perfect?
