Is dropping ESR on WC a mistake?

I see a lot of people considering Semenyo for ESR on WC6 (understandable as he has Soton and Leicester), but after those 2 fixtures, he has Arsenal, Villa away, and City.

ESR has Forest for GW6 away (not the best but certainly not the worst), then after City on 7, he has Villa at home, a leaky Everton, a leaky Brentford, an out of form Palace, a leaky Wolves, Tottenham, and Brighton at home (also conceding goals) all in consecutive GWs.

Especially as ESR is 5.8 now, you'd have to hope Semenyo rises by .4 between now and GW8, or even GW9 at most, if you'd want to bring ESR back in for those fixtures. I very much doubt this happens, which means you'd be priced out.

Now, ESR may not return in the next three as Forest are decent defensively, City are City, and Villa is also pretty tough (though it's home for Fulham). Semenyo is much better for the next 2.
