Dual nationals visiting Egypt with foreign passport

I need help from Egyptians who visited Egypt with a foreign passport, did they annotate your passport with “ من أصل مصري" . If so, did they do that voluntarily or you had to show them a proof of Egyptian citizenship to get that annotation?

I need to avoid getting my passport annotated with it because it will cause issues when I exit (they will be asking me for military status )
