Week 1 - how long until the food noise turns off?

I just took my first injection last night (6pm) .25mg. I was looking forward to that food noise going away, but I'm sitting at work already thinking about my lunch 😅 I know it hasn't even been 24 hours yet though. How long until you noticed it "working"?
