How did you land your AO24?

Currently in a permanent project admin (AO 15) role, and this salary grid is not liveable. I’m looking to get into AO24 roles in project management/analysis and business analysis.

I have between 4-6 years of experience in these fields and a slew of recognized certifications: CSM, CLSSGB, CAPM (still waiting for PMP), CiM.

Does anyone have any story they can share as to how they landed their AO24 roles?
