Having a weird feeling down there when exercising

I am 18, female.It is a weird thing that has made me dislike exercise. It isnt in any weird or freaky way or anything. It is just like a pressure i think. A weird pressure that remains there for a while after any exercise relating to having to brace your core. I never clench my whoohaa or anything during bracing my core so idk why it happens. It doesnt matter if its weightlifting or just regular exercise with my own body. It could even be running. I just wanted to know if its normal and others have it as well. Never hurts or anything, just a bit uncomfy. Brought it up to my gynecologist but she said a lot while also not saying anything so idk what to think.
